Shop Team – Director of Maintenance
The Director of Maintenance is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate records of all repairs made including routine and preventative maintenance.
Manage staff including training and continuing education .
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory policies.
Continuously evaluate the overall conditions of the fleet to improve reliability and performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption of business operations.
Stay current with technology changes and industry trends.

Requirements
5+ years of maintenance management experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the maintenance planning process.
Knowledge of DOT and other related rules/regulations.
Must have an excellent understanding of warranty repairs, maintenance, parts management, and best practices in continuous improvement processes.
Need to have the ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment.
Pay commensurate on experience.
